Stainless Steel 304 IBR Pipes and Tubes are also referred to as 1.307 grades. It has a wide range of uses in engineering. It is also known as the 18/8 basic austenitic stainless steel grade. Its makeup includes chromium and nickel. Alloy 304's low carbon chemistry makes it suited for use in heavy gauge applications. The grade is dual certified in carbon chemistry. This grade possesses all of the characteristics of classic austenitic SS grade.
The severe quality assurance method is implemented throughout our entire production department. Our streamlined production employs a comprehensive quality management system. To produce more efficient products, the production process and methods are carried out by worldwide standards. The materials are inspected using the following tests: sigma detention, ultrasound radiography test, pitting corrosion test, natural circulation stability testing, and mechanical test. Some of the tests we undertake include thermal performance, hardness, impulsive line leak, positive material, hydrostatic, chemical, destructive/non-destructive, intergranular corrosion, and vacuum tests.
We attach manufacturing test certificates to our items that satisfy globally accepted standards. They consist of the following: the MTC report compliant with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2, the test reports for raw materials and mills, the NABL test report, the signed certificate from us, and the quality assurance plan. Other emphasized documents include the specification guide, welding guide, disinfection certifications, invoice, and packing information list.
