The excellent weldability of the alloy, and its ability to be joined very successfully to other alloys with different compositions.
ASTM B407/B358 Incoloy 800H Pipe & other nickel based alloys from these ranges are ideal for cost-effective manufacture of pumps, valves and process control equipment in oil and gas extraction.

Incoloy 800� is a nickel-chromium alloy with good strength & excellent resistance to oxidation & carburization. Available forms are seamless pipe & tube, welded pipe & tube, tubing.
Incoloy 800HT� seamless pipe is available up to 8″ NB. Larger sizes are available in welded construction (100% X-ray) and can also be fabricated to order. Incoloy 800HT� tubing is available up 3″ OD. Incoloy 800HT� redrawn tubes and tubing with tight tolerances can be supplied in almost any size no matter how small the size or quantity.
